Select the Report name box and type in a report name of your preference, select the URL you want to measure and select one of the “When to run” -options. “Manually” is run once after creation and at request. The other types are run after creation and at the stated intervals; every week, every two weeks and every four weeks.
Add the search words / search phrases you want to measure in the Words box. Add one phrase or word per line.
Select the search engines you want to measure by ticking their corresponding check box.
Hit “Create Report” and you’ve sent SEO Reporter off reporting!
Click the “Show reports related to www.yourdomain.com” –link to go to the Ranking trend overview.
